Rules of Engagement
Fair play · No infra hits · Fight clean
-
01
Stay on the battlefield
Attack only the challenge targets provided by the organizers. Do not scan, probe, or exploit the CTF platform, scoreboard, other teams, or any system that is not an official challenge instance.
-
02
No denial of service
Do not flood, crash, or degrade shared infrastructure. Excessive automated traffic, brute-force flag spam, and resource exhaustion against the platform or challenges are forbidden.
-
03
Flags are classified
Do not share flags, writeups during the event, or solutions with other teams. Collaboration is allowed only within your own registered team. Trading or selling flags is banned.
-
04
One fighter identity
Use only your registered account and team. Multiple accounts, account sharing across teams, or pretending to be another participant is not allowed.
-
05
Keep it legal
Do not break local laws. Social engineering of organizers, phishing other players, or attacking systems outside the contest scope is prohibited and may be reported to authorities.
-
06
Respect the arena
No harassment, hate speech, or toxic conduct in chat, writeups, team names, or public channels. Treat other fighters and staff with respect.
-
07
Report platform bugs
If you find a bug in the CTF platform itself (scoring, auth, isolation), report it privately to the organizers. Do not use platform bugs for an unfair advantage.
-
08
Organizer calls are final
Staff may adjust scores, remove solves, disqualify teams, or change challenge availability to keep the tournament fair. Their decisions during the event are final.
-
09
No AI agents or auto-solvers
Autonomous CTF agents, MCP toolchains, and bulk automation against the platform or challenges are banned. Detection can mean immediate team disqualification without warning.
By playing I-Hack 2026 you accept these rules. Violations can mean score wipe, team ban, or removal from the event. Fight hard — fight clean.
